Dezi's class is making a "quilt" that shows family traditions or highlights family events. After thinking about all the things our family does together, he decided to focus on soccer. We spent the afternoon finding photos of he and Cai playing soccer, Ryan coaching soccer, the family at Real Salt Lake games, the family in Brasil cheering during the World Cup and some logos of MLS and European teams that he likes. It was a lot of effort, especially since he procrastinated and had to do it all in one afternoon, but it turned out quite nice in the end.
