Official news: We are moivng.

So, it's official. We need to be out of our home by February 15th. Our Valentine's Day will be full of heavy labor as we move boxes to...well, somewhere. We don't know where we will be living yet, but hope it will be in our same neighborhood, which we have come to love. We are moving because the owner of this home needs it back. After we decided not to buy it, we've been renting month to month, but we never thought our time here would end quite so abruptly. It is terrible timing in that it is the end of Ryan's 1st quarter (sales speak) and it is the beginning of my year long project in the community to bring about service and charitable opportunities. We've both been very busy and were a little overwhelmed when we received our 30 day notice. We'd hoped he could extend the date a bit, but we just heard back that he cannot. We will be hunting for rentals, as well as sales, today. Fingers crossed that the perfect house will be there at the perfect price...

An interesting note: This will be our 6th move in six years of marriage. Wow. If the place we have is not a permanent fix, we will certainly continue the trend and make it 7 for 7 in the near future. Crazy. Our moving history: Wonderful Huntington Beach until shortly after Dezi came along. At that point, Ryan's parents offered us a house sitting opportunity in St George while they were on a teaching mission for 9 months. Then off to Tucson where we made our home for 2 years. Then Mt. Pleasant where we lived in DeeAnn's summer home for four months while trying to find a permanent place in SLC. Now, after 2 years in this house, we're off to find yet another. The irony is that I was just now finally putting up some home décor and I just finished totally rearranging the boys' bedroom and transforming the playroom into an office. All that work...
