Rain and Hail Madness aka The Garden Massacre

While I was visiting our neighbor with the boys, we were trapped due to a sudden severe rain and hail storm. The hail came down so hard and fast that it looked like we'd had a snow storm. The rain caused a river on the sidewalk, street, and alley and the school field became a lake. When it finally died down, we went home so I could put Cai down for a nap. I ran to the garden to see the damage and was shocked. Just when things were finally starting to grow, the hail destroyed so many leaves it will take a miracle for them to revive!
