Fire Station Field Trip

We were lucky enough to have an awesome field trip to the fire station that is right at the airport. We arrived early and the boys got to watch airplanes and helicopters taking off. They were amazed before the field trip even started. Once inside the fire station, their favorite parts had to be trying on the suit, climbing in the truck, seeing the truck spray water, and having to run to the wall when the real alarm went off. Talk about the perfect way to end a tour! Of course, it's sad there was an emergency somewhere, but it really impressed the kids to see the guys rapidly get on the truck and drive away.
