Historic Crystal Cove with Grandma

Grandma dropped us off at the Historic Cottages at Crystal Cove while she went to check on Grandpa. What a cute place! She joined us shortly and we watched the kids enjoy the waves and sand. The seagulls performed many attempted robberies of various things in our bag and they actually succeeded in stealing Cai's peanut butter sandwich. It was only near the end of our time there that we realized there were some really fun tide pools just down the beach. The boys loved seeing the fun ocean creatures, which was super fun for me too. We had a hard time leaving, but it was time to move on to another adventure.
