Crystal Cove Tidepools with Bunnells

We had so much fun the other day at the tide pools that we decided to go to a little "tide pool activity" in the lobby where the kids got to learn about the different creatures you find in tide pools and also paint their own shells. It was a fun morning. At low tide, we met up with the Bunnells to go to an even better tide pool spot right in front of the hotel. It was fun to hang out with Rachael and Asher in such a fun location. The creatures were definitely more abundant than the other spot and it was nice to go after learning more about the different little critters. The anemones and crabs were awesome! The kids even got to see an anemone eating a little crab! A super fun day and place that might just have to become a California tradition.
