Throughout the month of December, we had several special 'goody' days. We started the month with a FHE about the Christmas symbols. We talked about why we decorate with evergreens, candy canes, bells, angels, stars, wreaths, etc and then we made cookies out of them. So fun. Later in the month was was a sport in helping them decorate a gingerbread house one day and Grandma Lubbers' gingerbread cookies another. They LOVE spending time with Ryan AND doing anything with sweets so, needless to say, they were happy boys.
