My worries about whether or not Cai would stay happily at preschool on his first day were completely unfounded. He was so excited to go to the school he saw Dezi going to for the last year that he barely allowed me to come in the school. I walked him to his classroom door where he gave me a hug and kiss before walking in and turning his back. I was so proud of him! He got to be special helper, which filled him with joy and confidence. The next day, Dezi offered to drop him off and they wanted me to stay in the car! Can you believe it?! These boys are growing too fast!
