Old Tucson

Ryan couldn't join us for this adventure, but we did have Gigi, Cosette and Travis, along with some of their friends. It was a great day, but exhausting for me! All three boys had lots of fun, but it was mostly the older boys that got to enjoy all the activities. They especially loved 'driving' the car around the track and riding on the train and carousel. Those were all repeat activities. They also got a real kick out of the shooting range, especially when they realized that the flash would activate all the targets, showing all the silly things at once. Panning for gold was something they were really looking forward to and they were happy to fill up their little containers of 'gold' for their collections at home. Finally, the gun fights enthralled them. It's strange that I won't let them watch movies with violence, but something live action, old fashioned shoot outs are okay. Doesn't make any sense, I know. A great and exhausting day!
